How much dose a porridge with a caremel sweetener( instead of the dried fruit) with soya milk to the top and a expreso single ( not in an exspreso cup but in a small cup with soya milk half full. Loyalty card is not used but this order on a regular basis and a charge of £3.25 is authorised by management but various payments are requested by the staff leaving me confused as to what is the correct payment.

asked for a cappaccino in your great yarmouth store, half an inch of froth on a paper large paper cup?? more like a latte, asked to put another shot of coffee in, still no taste of coffee. so made them make me another still ended up with a hot milky drink. left it walked out. never had a naff coffee in costa or nero's. starbucks never taste of coffee ...
